With over 30 years of experience that began in the title and escrow industry, David quickly realized that real estate was his true calling. In 1996, he relocated to Bellevue, Washington, where he leveraged his expertise in title and escrow to obtain his real estate license. After 13 successful years in Western Washington, David and his wife decided to return to the Coachella Valley, drawn back by the allure of the desert landscape and the community they hold dear.

David's deep-rooted connection to the Coachella Valley, combined with his intimate knowledge of the Desert, provides his clients with unparalleled insights and guidance. Outside of his professional life, David enjoys golf and Pickleball, which allows him to relax and connect with the community on a more personal level. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he cherishes the time spent with his wife and long walks with their 4-year-old Golden Doodle.
